That awkward moment when you’re trying to go for a boho chic look and it starts pouring in the middle of July. In LA. Anyway, my friend Danielle Gumina just started her own line of handbags (griphandbags.com) and won a contest with InStyle Magazine. I think the design is so clever. I usually hate clutches because I have to place them under my arm and I keep dropping them all night long. This clutch is functional. The stones are super good quality—cheap rhinestones are a pet peeve of mine! I can’t wait to see what other colors and variations she creates. I visualize myself wearing an all gray one with a white pant suit…actually, even this one with a white pantsuit…basically, I love white pant suits.
In other news, I have added to my denim skirt collection with this One Teaspoon number and I’m in love. It’s versatile and screams “I’m so LA and I know fashion.” I can’t wait to dress it up with a pointy nude heel, red lip and statement earrings.
These shoes suck. I waited so long for them and was wondering why no other brands were making over the knee tie up gladiators and then I realized it’s because they don’t stay up! It’s like *one step, fall, tie again, repeat*. They do make for fab photos though. I feel like Khaleesi.
